When Preservation Coffee & Tea picked up where Tony Serrano left off with the Serrano Social Club, they had a name, but not much in the way of an identity.

 Over time, Preservation became a place patrons could go to enjoy high quality coffee and tea served by genuinely nice people. A place to go with family, do business, or hit the books.

 Of course with a new brand, comes a new menu. Preservation’s menu is diverse – serving traditional drinks like macchiato, and originals like the Zephyr.
